Our 5cm x 7cm Ovals template is made from food standard HDPE plastic which is both durable and easy to clean.

The items will be delivered packaged with a hardboard insert - yes hardboard rather than cardboard - this ensures your template(s) will reach you in good condition.

Just choose one of the recipes on this website and get down to making sweet or savoury tuiles immediately. A tuile biscuit simply gives your dish that final flourish, that professional appearance.

They have to be thin and delicate - that's the whole idea and with a template it is easy to achieve this time and time again. These templates with give you years of good service and they are a 'must' for those who take pride in their cooking.

There are currently seventeen designs available with more on the way. They include :- Butterflies, Hearts, Stars, Cactus, Moons, Triangles and Cigars. The cigars are for forming into spirals and twirls while still warm. The butterfly's wings can be bent into shape in the same way.
